Mpozi Mshale Tolbert was one of my best friends. I remember seeing him in the late 80s in Philly, roaming the streets with his camera. He was a gentle giant. There was a big hardcore show at Revival, a now defunct club in Philly. He asked if I could get em in, being we were like the only brothers there. From then on we became really tight.

(right) and myself were really starting to make a name in our hometown and slowly taking over the world. In classic Mpozi fashion, he captured a very deep moment in our development.
Later, he did a very rare album cover for my Dynamic single. My daughter, Summer, was one here.
Mpozi, I miss you man.
Thanks to Margit Detweiler for sparking the memory!
